Zlama Psheeq:a

 

Zlama Psheeq:a is two dots placed below the consonant
(side by side)
Pronounced as the letter i in fit

The same rule which has been mentioned for the doubling of a consonant after Ptakha, applies also to Zlama Psheeqa. Thus, in ܕܸܒܵܐ bear; ܠܸܒܵܐ heart; ܬܸܢܵܐ smoke; are respectively doubled in pronunciation. pronounced respectively dib-ba, lib-ba, tin-na.
